PRODUCTION
POWER THAT WORKS FOR YOU
DISCAF company is one of the most powerful producers of natural roasted coffee in Ukraine. A modern automated production line makes it possible to carry out a full cycle of processing green coffee into a ready-to-use product without human intervention. This, and compliance with the requirements of international quality management standards, guarantees the stable quality of our coffee production
CERTIFICATES
The food quality and safety management system is certified for compliance with the requirements of international standards ISO 9001:2015 and FSSC 22000 (version 5.1)
Certification scheme for food safety systems, in particular ISO 22000:2018, ISO TS 22002-1:2009
Programs-Prerequisites for Food Safety, Part 1: Food production and additional FSSC 22000 requirements V5.1
PRODUCTION CAPACITY
- from 100 tons raw materials storage
- up to 300 tons/month production capacity
PRODUCTION PROCESS
TECHNOLOGICAL MAP AND RECIPE
Based on the technological map, a recipe is loaded into the program, which specifies the parameters of the finished product: composition, ratio, technical and temperature parameters of roasters for roasting, degree of grinding, type of packaging
LOADING OF RAW MATERIALS
Green grain is loaded into bunkers for preliminary storage before roasting. Next, the raw material is supplied through the pneumatic supply system, which is equipped with the entire production line
WEIGHING AND CLEANING
Before the green grain is fed into the silos, this grain is weighed at two weight control stations and mechanically cleans from foreign objects. Now the production has the opportunity to work with raw materials of four different grades at the same time
COFFEE ROASTING
The system has the ability to feed different blends to different roasters. Thanks to this multitasking, we increase the speed of roasting and can handle 2 different orders at the same time
GRAIN COOLING
After roasting, the grain is immediately sent to the cooler. During aeration, the operator checks the quality and color of the roasted grain.
GRAIN DEGASSING
After cooling, the grain goes up into the bunkers for finished products and undergoes degassing. In the process of transportation, stones, substandard grain and foreign objects are removed. After each roasting, the yield of grain is weighed to determine the volume of finished products
PACKING OF COFFEE BEANS
After degassing, depending on the recipe, the roasted grain is transported for packing or grinding. After degassing, the roasted grain is fed to the packing machine. The machine can work with various packaging materials. Depending on the technological map, packing can be in several formats
COFFEE GRINDING
Coffee grinding takes place with the help of two modern disc mills.
Such mills provide an opportunity to adjust the grinding for various types of products that are specified in the blend recipe
PACKING OF GROUND COFFEE
Depending on the type of packaging, ground coffee is transported for degassing, if the recipe specifies a vacuum package, or immediately goes to packing, if the packing is a flow pack. The packaging of the flow pack has a caliber of 75-350g
FINAL REVIEW
Depending on the type of packaging, ground coffee is transported for degassing, if vacuum packaging is specified in the recipe, or immediately goes to packaging, if the packaging is flow-pack. Flow-pack packaging has a caliber of 75-350g
